I needed 2 pieces of furniture removed after getting the run around all day. Instead of going on Facebook again trying to find someone I went on Google and when I tell you I couldn’t have been more happier with using All in 1 Junk Removal and Demo LLC, first it was short notice. It was also on a Sunday at that , I figured it would be harder to even find someone since most companies are closed on Sundays . I called , I sent pictures and I was told I possibly could have them hauled after a specific time. A few hours later my couches were picked up and hauled. Great communication from the owner . They were in & out and I was good to go. I will definitely be using them in the future and passing along their business card . 10/10 stars from me & will definitely be using them in the future . ~ Christina W

Couldn’t say enough nice things about the service I received. My call was answered on a Sunday and all correspondence was incredibly cordial. I was able to schedule for the next day to remove a handful of items. I was quoted a very reasonable quote for 2 queen mattresses, a queen box spring and frame with headboard, a dresser, a tall filing cabinet, two piece sectional, dresser, a chair, a large recliner, and a dining table. Lawrence and his team arrived promptly on time and was in constant contact with me. They were quick, efficient, and extremely polite. I submitted an inquiry online on a Friday and heard back within 24 hours. They were able to schedule a demo and removal for that same weekend, which was a huge help given my hectic work and night class schedule. Not only did they confirm the appointment, but they also sent a text when they were on the way—arriving even a few minutes early! They demoed my entire kitchen—cabinets, island, dishwasher, fridge, sink, and more—while leaving the plumbing perfectly intact. On top of that, they hauled away over seven extra bags from a separate project at a great rate. The entire job was done in under an hour! I would absolutely recommend this company. Asked for an estimate and Lawrence quoted me the best price out of all the places I searched. I needed a 3-piece couch, a long love seat, a six shelf bookcase, and a cat tree removed. He got back to me within the same hour with the quote and all other communication was prompt. Scheduling was easy and accommodating (he was able to give me a specific time, not the annoying window of time). He, Charlie, and Charisse came and cleared away my junk quickly and proficiently. My project required demolishing a garage that was very close to two neighboring sheds/garages, and was literally directly across the street from the city zoning and enforcement office. I needed someone insured, with the right experience and equipment, but also the patience to go through the extensive permitting fiasco that i was working through with the county, city, and other agencies. On the day of the demo the guys had an audience from the neighbors and city officials standing outside recording as the building came down without any issues. The guys also cleaned up the site and did the haul away. All In 1 was great to work with from the first conversation to the last, and they did an excellent job under pressure and with a lot of visibility. This service is great! I was set to move out of my storage unit on a Saturday and move it into a new place, but unfortunately a lot of my stuff was covered in mold.. I’m stuck with a moving truck and Rumpke’s closed, other companies aren’t picking up the phone, I’m running out of options but see All in 1 junk removal recommended on Google and being close to my location. I had a unique situation and the owner whom I spoke with on the phone was understanding and able to put together a plan for me to dump my junk into one of his dump trucks near where I’d rented the moving truck ON A SATURDAY NIGHT. Nobody else is this dedicated. I’d explained that today was rough and very costly for me and he was even willing to come down on the price. Lawrence and his team were amazing! I called them on a Monday and got a quote back right away. They were able to come take everything 2 days later to work with my schedule. They handled almost 30 large contractor bags of things that needed to be tossed, a full-sized sofa and ottoman, box spring, and bed frame. Everything was in the basement and they problem-solved getting everything out without any hassle for me. They came to Oakley and had no problem with a very narrow, dead-end street and challenging driveway that would have been an issue for most people! They worked extremely hard and had everything out in about half an hour. It saved me from weeks of trying to get rid of and move everything on my own, so worth it! All in 1 Junk Removal was fantastic! Lawrence was responsive, communicative, and professional from start to finish. His team removed junk, took down cabinets, cleaned out our utility room, and demolished a bar area that we plan to refinish in the future. They worked efficiently, handled everything with care, and made sure the entire area was thoroughly cleaned up afterward. Very friendly, professional, and respectful. Was thorough during the walkthrough for the estimate, explaining the process as well. On time arrival and once the entire crew knew the instructions they worked diligently, was respectful of the property, asked questions when needed, pushed for excellence, and worked with a good attitude. This is a great company to take care of junk removal and light demolition. Very professional, responsive, punctual and hard working. They have a large trailer, which enables you not to rent a dumpster. They gutted a one bedroom apartment which was full of stuff to the ceiling. They took more than 40 cu yards of household stuff, furniture, books, etc. I appreciate that they will be donating all the books. I was very satisfied with the work performed by All-in-1. Had a large treehouse that needed to be taken down. The treehouse was quite large (8ft. x8ft.house , 6ft. above the ground / and built with pressure treated lumber.)(see pics) Lawrence, owner, was very good communicating information for written estimate and scheduling for the job. All in 1 is definitely a great team of professionals. They did a solid job for me after a huge disaster of a basement flood destroyed a massive amount of my belongings in one of my properties . My experience with All In 1 was excellent. I got in touch with Lawrence around 8am to remove a box spring, TV, and a bunch of large boxes from my house in Hyde Park.
